Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to sign up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voxonow to:

• Violate any applicable law, or the rights of others.
• Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Disrupt the service for other users, including through abusive automated use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Your content

You retain ownership of the messages, files, and other content you post. You grant us the licence needed to store, transmit and display that content back to you and your workspace as part of running the product, and — where your workspace has enabled the AI features — to send the relevant message text to the AI provider your admin configured, for that request only. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train anything. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what those features send and how to exclude a channel from them.

Service availability

We aim to keep Voxonow available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee. There is no service level agreement at this stage; if one is ever offered it will be stated here.

Termination

You may stop using Voxonow and delete your account at any time, from Settings → Account — and take a copy of your data with you from the same screen. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with notice where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Turkish law, Voxonow is provided without warranties of any kind, and Voxonow Yazılım's liability arising from your use of it is limited to the amount you have paid for the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly.
